Do you want to join our journey by adding new domestic HoReCa sales to our new business? We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is driven by entrepreneurship and specifically experience from establishment and sales of brands and products to the HoReCa market.

Job description

As a Key Account Manager, your focus is on sales on the domestic market in Sweden in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales and customer satisfaction. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, as well as finding new customers to generate new business. This will also involve searching for open territories for the possibility of convincing customers to grow their businesses with the company’s products. You will work in close cooperation with revenue managers, product managers, marketing department, customer service, sales and our logistic department.

What we offer

- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant functions at Retail & Food.

- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.

- Generate revenue while participating in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for the company.

- Act as a Business Partner with main goal to increase growth and profitability.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is a pragmatic and agile doer with comprehensive sales experience. As a Key Account Manager, you will need to be independent, self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your problem solving skills enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions.

To be successful in this role you will preferably need to have:

- Strong business development skills and a commercially savvy attitude.

- Experience of managing major accounts .

- Knowledge of the Office product Suit and especially PowerPoint & Excel

- Fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to have but not essential:

- Experience from working at or with Systembolaget.

Retail & Food Services AB is a leading distributor and wholesaler of Travel Retail products in Northern Europe to a number of large Vendors within mainly the transport sector, but also to airports and other Travel Retail distributors. We trade with most of the largest Travel Retail brands in the world and provide our customers with services such as warehouse & logistic solutions, revenue management, marketing material, merchandising & development of shop concepts.

What will you do?

This job requires frequent traveling within Sweden & Scandinavia and from time to time work during weekends. For this role, you can live on a daily commuting distance from either Stockholm or Malmö.
