Having our own kitchen enables us to plan and conduct training sessions, one-on-one and/or in groups, as well as giving us the opportunity to try different foods for quality and choosing the optimal cooking method. We source the finest ingredients – both fresh and frozen. By purchasing more than 1.500 food articles, from salt and pepper to fresh vegetables and specialty butcher’s cuts of meat, we don’t just develop our clients’ restaurant business in theory but deliver in practice.
